Description:
2nd attempt at a hybrid deepfake, this time using different technique.
Results definitely are better than using just the method of combining all faces together but it definitely could use some more work and perhaps a better match of just 2 faces to dst than 4-5 different faces on dst that doesn't exactly match either face and definitely shorter.
Let's just say it took me way longer to make it than I expected.
Also the mask for mouth breaks in few places for some reason, didn't really have patience to fix it so for a while face is mostly of "Eilish".
I'll later upload all 4-5 faces used to make it as a separate or as one video, let me know which way you prefer it.

«Yes, I'll upload them all individually but bear in mind that neither one of them is really perfect, Natalie one is overall best but a tad blurry, same goes for MEW, on Emma Stone one I focused on skin texture so it's a bit grainy (GAN) and Billie one was mostly trained with eyes priority. And then there is unused Cara Delevingne one and the mixed one.»

«But as I'm doing these I've noticed that not only is this a lot of work, it's also hard to combine more than 2 faces so for future ones I'll stick to 2 faces that I'm gonna train better and use different software for masking to get something more attractive.
If you want to suggest one use this poll to suggest 2 celebs you think could go well together (specify parts of the face for each celeb, that is mouth/face structure, nose/face structure, eyes/eyebrows). />»

«Yes, I ran training multiple times to get necessary parts and then used masking (rotoscoping, luma/color key, basic compositing) to overlay all parts over the original face.
If you train multiple celebs in one go (mixed source dataset) you don't get a true average but something of a morph depending on angle and expression which is being affected by the structure of source dataset (which faces there is more and which match your dst better, if you've got one celeb with mostly frontal angles and 2nd one with mostly side profiles it's obvious model will use more of the frontal ones if that's what dominated dst).
In the end I've ran model on all faces at the same time to get an close average morph but only used it to get additional highlights and shadows and to kinda "glue" all faces together but it's very slight (it's the last step you can see before actual video starts).»
