Not going to get to woridy here, but to be clear:
1M Iteration Recycled 256res Model (Candice) > 112K Iteration 388 Res Model (pure Margot)
This clip has areas of greatness, but it is loaded up with alien eyes. Put big effort into the quality of the pretrain faces here and pretrained to 500k, but seriously blown away that the 1M 256 model performed better. The 256 model also converts at 13 fps vs 8 fps for 388.
In any case, still Margot and still has moments of greatness and worthy of the splooge salute. Until we get 30x0 support in DFL!

«This is standard dims. Could be some small fisheye effect in the original clip.
I'm using a remote P5000 for traiining. 388 res, batch of 8 is taking 2750ms per iteration. Crazy. Looking back, I did not go through the post RW steps long enough with this model. Will try to correct that on the upcoming Natalie Portman epic clip. Then I will jump back to 256res as this 388res takes far too long and excludes 3/4s of my deepfaking machines due to VRAM requirements.
I have a total of 4 Cosima clips prepped, so look for the other 3 when tokens are back up and running.»

«Very nice. And a good match as well. Except for the sometime wonkly eyes, this model handles closeups much better compared to your other 256 upload. But given the amount of extra res, anything else would be strange
Is it default dims or somewhat enlarged? I used a stock wf df-ud 384 on Margo cam show clip, and that took a lifetime even on P100 16GB. But guess the new cards will be even faster depending on how well he eventually get's them to work with dfl.»

«I'm probably too hard on myself here. Besides the alien eyes, this is pretty fucking great. I can see the improvement with profiles/side views. Looking forward to eventually having 30x0 support in DFL so this is the new normal.»
